Job Introduction
As part of Magna’s HR Systems Team, you will maintain, service and support Magna’s HR system applications and will also be accountable for providing daily user support and assisting with rolling out system functionality and improving end user experience in close collaboration with the system administrators.

Major Responsibilities

  • Liaise with global and regional system administrators and the Group Support Contacts to ensure ongoing continuous improvement of system effectiveness and the timely resolution of problems
  • Provide technical support to the different clients using the system infrastructure, including trouble shooting and finding root cause
  • Provide ongoing functional system support for Magna’s HR Systems to a variety of users
  • Participate in regular global meetings
  • Translate system related materials into German
  • Track, monitor and follow-up on support activities daily, and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide weekly updates on support tasks, tickets/system issues and initiatives
  • Manage user security access requests
  • Assist with system configuration changes
  • Test system configuration changes, fixes and new functionality
  • Work with the Talent Attraction team to coordinate with the job board external vendors regarding technical integrations and job board utilization
  • Assist global and regional system administrators with global reporting and analytics, including determining reporting requirements and consolidation of data from different sources
  • Coordinate testing, and assist with documentation of any new system functionality
  • Audit system data, notifying responsible persons of discrepancies and/or errors to ensure data integrity, and assist clients in running audits

Knowledge, Education and Work Experience

  • Studies in related field
  • Training and first-line support experience
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes is an asset
  • Experience in project coordination and project management is an asset

Skills and Competencies

  • Experience with Recruitment and/or Talent Management systems is an asset
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong customer service skills

It is generally possible to hold this position either part-time or full-time. The monthly remuneration package for this position is EUR 1.200,- gross (full-time).
