What you’ll be doing:

‒    You will write or provide new content (product documentation, video tutorials, etc.) for our customer & partner portal and continuously improve the way information is structured and presented.

‒    You will deliver the content and cooperate with the marketing team to produce videos.

‒    You will evaluate and roll out technical innovations related to the presentation of product information.

‒    You will review documentation written by our engineers and ensure linguistic as well as functional consistency.

‒    You prepare texts or bring them together, grasp complex topics and render them abstractly.

‒    You will proactively gather feedback on the completeness/ease of use of our product information and manage continuous improvement and updates.

What you bring to the role:

‒    You have excellent communication/presentation skills in English (verbal and written). German would be an asset.

‒    You have at least 3 years of experience with Software Documentation/Information Management.

‒    You easily understand the essence of complex functionality and can describe it concisely, even you are passionate in writing.

‒    You have experience with/interest in working with state-of-the-art presentation technologies (documentation portals, various media formats).

‒    You have a structured working style and know how to communicate with different target groups. You understand the customer’s language as well you are familiar with the engineer’s slang.

‒    You can jump between the role of an author or a reviewer and can give constructive feedback.

‒    You have an analytical thinking and find gaps – however you always provide proactive solutions.
