YOUR TASKS

• You help customers find and book their perfect ski lessons or outdoor activity (surfing, scuba diving, boat tours, paragliding, rafting, etc)
• Together with your team, you monitor the activity bookings in your respective market and manage cases that require your attention
• You communicate via phone, email and chat with outdoor activity providers and customers
• You work closely with the Business Development and Content Team to find and implement creative solutions

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent English and native in one of our core languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch
• You have a “can do” attitude and a goal-oriented way of working
• You like to roll up your sleeves to help your colleagues and are open for feedback
• You show a high level of personal commitment and flexibility
• You share our passion for outdoor sports and/or the travel industry
• Previous experience in tourism, service or sales is a plus
